Ace Foundry builds add-ins that work inside your own Autodesk software. They are designed to do their job on your machine and to keep your project data with you. This policy explains, plainly, what our apps do and do not do with data.
To do their work, our apps read the contents of the Revit model you have open and the Excel files you select, and write changes back to them. This processing happens locally, inside your Autodesk session and on your device. That content is never sent to Ace Foundry.
Solely to provide the app you installed: to run its features, to verify your licence, to process a purchase you make, and to answer support you send. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
The parties above — Autodesk (marketplace, entitlement) and its payment processors — handle the limited data described only to deliver those functions, and are required to protect it consistent with this policy. Our apps do not embed advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers. If a specific app uses any additional service, that app's listing and in-app policy will say so.
Because your model and project data never reach us, there is nothing of that kind for us to retain or delete. Records tied to a licence or a support conversation are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations, then removed. Uninstalling an app removes its local settings from your machine.
You can uninstall any app at any time. To ask what information related to you we hold, to request its deletion, or to withdraw consent where it applies, email us at the address below and we will act on it.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it, and the current version always lives at this URL.
